Please
note the following,

All our bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. During
busy High season (July, Aug, Sept) there are no exceptions.

All our prices are per property, not per person.
- Minimum booking
period is 7 nights.
- Some properties
will require the payment of a security/inventory deposit. This is fully refundable
on leaving.
- Prices quoted are
based on the EURO € (To approximate the GBP £ cost,
multiply by 0.67 For USD $ multiply by 1.26).
- We accept all
major currencies.

Properties are cleaned once each week. Extra cleaning if
required will incur a small additional fee.

We do not organise flights, just accommodation.
