Q.
I've never been on a self-catering holiday before. What can I expect?
A. The independence of having your own place
throughout your stay. The freedom of being able to come and go as you please.
In essence a home from home.
Q.
What about CarHire?
A. You're in good hands. Simply click on
either of the blue LINKs
for a really competitive quote.You can pick up & drop off at the airport
if you wish. Quality & Service is second to none.
Q. What will we need to bring with us?
A. Apart from your holiday stuff, very little.
All bed linen, and towels are provided. You will need to take your own beach
towels however.

I think we may require a
taxi?
A. No problem. Just click on either of the
blue LINKs,
and tell us the number in your party, flight number, dates, arrival times, and
where you're going. We'll do the rest! (If you're part of a Golfing party, please
let us know as you may need a bigger vehicle).
Q. Will the villa/apartment be equipped?
A. Yes, all our properties are fully equipped
containing everything you will need to allow you enjoy a self catering holiday.
Q. Will there be a maid service?
A. Yes. The property will be cleaned each
week. If you require extra cleaning this can be arranged. There will be a small
extra cost which will need to be paid locally.

Will we need Travel
Insurance?
A. Never leave home without it. We have
it covered. Follow either of the blue LINKs

Q. What are the check in/out times?
A. Except by prior arrangement you will
required to check-in not before 3pm on the day of arrival. You will be required
to checkout by 10am on the day of your departure.
Q. We will need Hotel
accommodation for a night or two?
A. Please click on the blue LINKs
for a superb choice of top quality hotels at excellent prices. Book online from
the comfort of your home.
Q. What is the usual rental period?
A. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday,
unless by prior agreement.
Q.Is there a minimum rental period?
A. Yes. 1 week.
Q. If my holiday falls into 2 seasons, how
do I calculate the price?
A. Take each season's price per week and
divide by 7. This is the price per day (per season). Simply multiply these figures
by the number of days in each season and add them together.
Q. How do I book/reserve a property?
A. To secure a property we normally require
a 25% booking deposit, (please note when booking some properties a 50% deposit
may be required.) with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your departure. For
any client booking within 8 weeks of their departure date, payment must be made
in full.
Q. Can you accept Visa/MasterCard?
A. No, unfortunately we are not yet set-up
to accept Credit Cards. We accept personal cheques, or Banker's draft.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. No, except with the prior consent of
the owner.
Q. How will we locate the property?
A. Shortly after your booking we will forward
you maps, and directions explaining fully how you find the property, whether
you are travelling by bus, taxi, or driving.
Q. What if we have problems on/after our
arrival?
A. In the unlikely event of you encountering
problems, you should in the first instance contact the local agent, whose details
we will furnish you with. Failing that contact our main
office and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
